The deep work most people put off
You're not here because you
don't understand yourself.
You've named the pattern. You know exactly where it comes from.
And it keeps its grip anyway.
For the ones who've built the life, and run out of things to try.
You've done the deep healing work — the retreats, the workshops, the bio-hacking. And the old life still comes back. The same patterns. The fears and insecurities, still coming to visit.
That's not a failure of effort, or of intelligence. You have the insight. But insight alone doesn't reach the place the pattern actually lives — the part of you that decides, quietly, below the level of intention, to stay exactly where you are.
A weekend was never going to undo a lifetime. Neither was one more book.
The part most people skip
The deep work isn't a peak you chase. It's the slow part most people skip.
The Diet is profound, and it's real. But the work doesn't fix you — the year after does. The journey gives you visibility. What you do with it once you're home is the actual work, and it's where almost everyone quietly slides back: same environment, same peers, same defaults, and no one around who understands what just happened.
So they book the next peak to feel it again. The choice isn't made once — it's made every week, for a year.
I hold the line with you across the whole arc. Before you arrive, while you're there, and for the twelve months after. The community holds it with you too. That slow integration at home is the part most people skip — and the part the journey, on its own, can never give you.
A path, not a menu
The Diet isn't the first step for most people. Often what's needed is one honest conversation that cuts through the noise — which is what a Clarity Session is for. For many, that's enough: the pattern gets named, the next move gets clear, and they go do the work with what they already have.
The Diet is for when that isn't enough — when you've had the clarity, you've done the practice, and the thing still won't move. The natural next step, not the first one. I'll tell you honestly which one you're ready for.

Traditional Amazonian Diets
The Diet is profound — held by Don Alberto in his tradition. But the medicine doesn't fix you; the year after does. I hold the line with you when you get home, so it lands instead of fading. That's the part the journey alone can't do.
Offered three to four times a year. Maximum ten people.

No titles
Not a guru. Not a shaman. Not a psychic. A person who has spent over two decades paying close attention — to people, to business, to what actually creates lasting change. Nothing more, nothing less.
02
Knowledge stays open
Ideas belong to everyone. The writing, the videos, the community — all open. Only personal time is paid, never knowledge. If it's worth sharing, it's shared openly.

Rooted in tradition
Eight years with Traditional Amazonian Diets, alongside a maestro of 50+ years. The deep work is grounded in real experience, not spiritual tourism — one deep tool among others, in service of what you actually need.
What this is
This is not
- Spiritual entertainment
- Plant medicine tourism
- A subscription to someone's identity
- Answers in exchange for dependency
- Another healing brand
This is
- Discernment over doctrine
- The work over the quick fix
- The slower work that picks up where books and retreats leave off
- A place to think clearly
About Claudiu
Not a guru.
Not a shaman.
A technologist who went looking — and kept going back.
I spent years chasing the thing that would finally fix me. The trainings, the teachers, the next person with the next answer. I'm a technologist by trade — two decades of it — so I treated myself like a system to debug. It worked for a while. Then the same patterns came back, exactly as they were.
What changed it wasn't another answer. It was the Amazon — and the slow, unglamorous work that came after, alongside Don Alberto Torres Dávila, a maestro of 50+ years in the Ucayali region of Peru. I've gone back many times since. Not for the peak. For the part that comes after, which is the part that actually changes anything.
Now I sit with people doing the same chase I did — and help them stop.
Based in Hong Kong. There's enormous need for this work here, and almost no door for it. I want to be one.
Romanian. Arthur Findlay College trained. Two decades in technology and business sit quietly behind the work.
